Description dutchkind 2017-12-20 21:17:19 UTC
When I send a file to my Android 7 phone, files seem to be transferred correctly but the notification on the phone is never completed, i.e. the progress indicator never reaches 100% and it can't be stopped neither. To get rid of the message I have to turn off messaging for kdeconnect, and turn it on again to receive notifications.

Should be fixed in the last release.

It has maybe improved some, but is not fixed. Sometimes the progress indicator continues to show an incoming file stuck at around 97%, sometimes it completes without a problem. But in all cases the file was received correctly.
And concerning having the latest version, my linux box uses opensuse tumbleweed which supposes the latest stable is always installed, and on Android the latest stable should be pushed as update from playstore whenever available. On my old phone with android 4.2.2 it was never a problem, with android 7.0 on one phone and 7.1.2 on another, it is an issue where it seems the correct transfer was never communicated back to the OS
