Evidence I have selected the Gmail Account

Failed to transport message. The message content was not accepted. The server responded: "5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message.
*omitted*
[Hostname=SN1PR16MB0368.namprd16.prod.outlook.com]"

Default account for sending email outlook.
I select my alternate sending account for gmail.
I try to send the email to my own gmail, it fails with the error message above.
I don't understand why it keeps trying to send with outlook.

IF, I switch to default my gmail account. The email will send to my gmail account.

Narrowed it down more. Must create an alias with empty fields. If you copy the fields from another account or use system settings, even changing them, it still defaults to those values. This causes the email to fail. The alias must be deleted and created with empty fields entirely.

Still a bug. But has a work around.
