Screenshot of a document being open, but canvas not being there.

When I run Windows 10 with two screens (Screen 1: HP Omen 15 2017. Screen 2: Huion Kamvas GT-191), Krita doesn't render a canvas through OpenGL. It is also very slow when I switch to GPU acceleration off, or switch to Direct3D 11 Angle.
Comment 1 Vincent 2017-12-07 18:22:14 UTC
I just noticed this issue happens if Krita is on screen 2. Not if on screen 1, which is not my graphic tablet's screen.

This is still not a bug in Krita, but in the opengl drivers for your display chip. Please add the output of Help/System information for bug reports _after_ enabling OpenGL, not Angle. If Angle is slower than opengl, well, that's a bug in the direct3d drivers.

Even though it's not something we can do anything about, we still would like to know the display chip and driver info.

I assumed this was a Krita bug as this used to work perfectly fine before the last time I had used it (unfortunately don't remember the version.)

My GPU is an Nvidia GTX 1050, the notebook one. Driver version 388.43

Please add the full output of Help/System information for bug reports _after_ enabling OpenGL, not Angle and restarting Krita.
Comment 5 Alvin Wong 2017-12-11 07:24:27 UTC
Please do also provide the output of Help/System information for bug reports with ANGLE enabled, as it gives some different information from with OpenGL.
