The PlasmaComponents3.ComboBox doesnt align its list items to the right when used in an RTL environment.

I think I could fix this but I cant make a PlasmaComponents3.ComboBox work in my system because it creates a crash: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387739

fix RTL appearance for ComboBox

Summary:
--PlasmaComponents3.ComboBox now appears correctly
its list items in RTL environments by aligning them
to the right

Test Plan:
check the combobox list both in RTL and LTR environments
in order to confirm that the list items are aligned correctly
