Description pgkos.bugzilla 2017-12-02 16:25:36 UTC
In KDE Plasma version 5.11.4 it is impossible to create a new file on the desktop using right-click -> create new -> (any file type). An error message box appears instead:

Malformed URL .

It is still possible to create new folders (but not files).
