resizing the clip and moving the keyframes around creates this issue, here is a video on what happens:

I cannot reproduce with current master / 17.12...

moving keyframes around by resizing the clip. This issue is solved in refactoring Version. https://phabricator.kde.org/R158:ef579b0d1ac7d1145f30e40bea830785b22ea9af
