Description tromzy 2017-11-28 15:14:15 UTC
On X11, there is the possibility to restore the window of an application that is hidden in the systray, like Kmail, Akregator...

I cannot seem to do it on Wayland. Clicking an application in systray does nothing.

are you sure about this? Telegram can be activated when it is hidden in the systray. Is it a kde apps issue?

On an up-to-date Archlinux, today I am able to restore Kmail and Akregator from the systray, and even from their pinned launchers. Congrats to the devs !
