First sorry for my poor English. This issue was from KDE5 (in KDE4 works well) until version 17.08.3 in debian, kubuntu, Kde neon and Fedora. In a remote host connected through fish (SSH) I can't move files from a "normal" disk (IDE or SATA) to external disk connected through USB. When I try, dolphin says that It can't change the file's name. Move files in a remote host connected through fish from disks SATA to SATA or from external USB to external USB works well. Regards
I sadly don't have a server with an external USB drive available - could you test this again with a newer version of Dolphin? Also, could you check if this problem happens as well when using SFTP to connect instead of FISH?
