The modifier key "Shift" doesn't work most of the time. 
e.g. if I press any keyboard combo like -rotate canvas left-
shift+( = 
or 
shift+i
or other combinations, shift works the first 1-3 times then no more.

I cannot reproduce this on 4.2.0 git master, could you please test again with the latest version?

KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
