i just logged into my Laptop and then the sreen goes out and restarts the KDE Desktop

I'm sorry to hear that. However, this is a bug tracker, not a support forum, and there's no information in this bug that we could use to even troubleshoot the issue, let alone pinpoint a fixable bug. I would recommend submitting your question to a support forum such as https://forum.kde.org/ and seek out assistance there. Once the issue is resolved, you can work with the folks who've helped you fix it to do some digging and uncover the bug that caused the problem, if any. If such a bug is revealed, and it's a bug in a product tracked here in the KDE bug tracker, please don't hesitate to file a new bug report.
