I'm sorry but this has too little information for us to get anything helpful out of it. You could've at least click on the "Show problem details" button and provide us with the content shown.

Please follow https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger to get a backtrace and attach it here.

Also, please let us know the operating system you are using and the specs of your PC, especially the graphics card details.

Sorry for giving so little.
I have used Krita since a long time, but since 5 month I refuse to open without giving any message of error.
I am using Windows 10, processor "Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-4210U CPU", type of system 64 bit. My computer is an Acer Extensa 2510, my graphics card is "Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

T attached my last backtrace too.
Ask if you need more information.

I'm sorry but I have no idea how to make use of the file you attached. May I ask how you got the file?

Do you not get a backtrace by following the instructions on https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger?
Comment 5 Alvin Wong 2017-11-15 20:12:10 UTC
Sorry... there seems to be an issue with the Krita 3.3.2 packages which means a backtrace may not be generated...

Can you test with Krita 3.3.1? If it crashes it should generate a backtrace properly.

Comment 7 celineccochard 2017-11-16 16:07:00 UTC
I test with Krita 3.3.1 and this time it gave me a proper backtrace
Comment 8 Alvin Wong 2017-11-16 16:20:47 UTC
Thanks for the info. From the backtrace, it would appear to be an issue with the WinTab driver you have installed for your drawing tablet. May I ask what tablet (brand and model) are you using? Can you try updating or reinstalling the tablet driver?
