I managed to get some littel project done as a sunday kdenlive experiment. It ends extremely frustrating: I can not render the project: [mp2 @ 0x7f5d88011820] Channel layout not specified This is the absolute worst case that can happen. Project ready but can not be rendered. If this was a real project I would now kill myself. Fortunately this was just a test. VERY frustrating.
Which project config did you use? It is possible that there are configs where the audio setup is missing.
