I cannot set shortcuts to switch activities on fedora (5.10.5-1.fc26).

Step to reproduce:
- open settings popup for an activity
- set shortcut
- reopen the settings: shorcut is empty

Can confirm that setting custom shortcuts for activities in 'Activities' settings (top options button in Meta+Q widget) aren't saved. Also i noticed that for the 'Default' activity - shortcut was saved but also doesn't works, plus this shortcut could not be deleted or changed in the 'Activities' settings.
