Description Fahad Al-Saidi 2017-11-11 11:40:45 UTC
I use Arabic(qwerty-digit) keyboard layout to write the numbers but when I use kcalc or ksearch for this:
١+١
it will not give me a result and will not works. I think Arabic-Indic numerals not translated to normal numeral system that the rest of the kde apps can understand it.
Comment 1 Fahad Al-Saidi 2017-11-12 04:46:04 UTC
it is not limited to kcalc, the problem happens at least in KRunner, calender, dolphin. Please see the attachments.

Does this problem still happen with the newest versions of these programs? I suspect that this might be a problem in Qt, but I am not entirely sure.
