konsole (16.04.3) using Qt 5.6.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I was working with Libreoffice. Konsole is often open ready for any kind of command or to launch scrpits.
I noted that the crashes are recent (2 monthes max) and without direct relation with other activities as having some randomize behaviour.

The backtrace isn't complete, you should install the debug packages for:
qtbase
libxcb
glib2

then post the backtrace.

konsole (16.04.3) using Qt 5.6.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Nothing special, I just hit the up arrow to fetch the last command I ran (mvn gitflow), though it sometimes also occured to me via ssh. Usually it's after hitting buttons quickly after completing the previous command.

These are such an old version of Konsole and Qt - reopen w/ good backtraces if it happens on recent versions.
