At any moment with an update to Kleopatra 3.0 I can no longer decrypt any messages, I can no longer enter my accounts with 2FA, for me it is a big problem please help please please

Can you downgrade to an older version, and if so, does that fix it?

Not sure what that means exactly. What's "gpa"? How did you resolve this?

Yes i ve disinstalled kleopatra, then i ve istalled kleopatra 3.0 with GPA
and i can decrypt my messag.... for luck

OK, sounds like this was a packaging issue or user error during installation. Thanks for letting us know!
