From the Fine Tunning Section:

Main toolbar text = Main toolbar text location
Secondary toolbar text = Secondary toolbar text location

Menubar = Menubar Style

Show icons on buttons = Show icons IN buttons
Show icons on menuse = Show icons IN menus
