Animation from Google's Material Design Guidelines

What about a new minimize / restore animation, which moves the window in an arc-curve similar to how it is described in Google's Material Design.

If one wants to implement this, this is possible to do and publish on store.kde.org. That one of the main devs implements this is rather unlikely. Given that I set to WONTFIX to not give the impression that we will work on it.
