[PATCH] Draw shadows on maximized windows

Maximized windows do not have shadows with KWin, but certain panel configurations would need shadows on maximized windows to look consistent.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a panel that does not extend to the full length of the screen
2. Maximize a window

I'm sorry, but it is fully intended that maximized windows don't have shadows. The patch therefore cannot be added.
