How to reproduce: System Settings > Keyboard Settings. Set Rate and/or Delay to their minimal values: 5. Apply. Values shown as 5. Choose other settings window, or close and open this one.
Expected behavior: Rate and/or Delay values shown as their minimum values: 5
What happens: Rate and/or Delay values shown as the names of the setting. Example. "Rate: Rate", should be "Rate: 5". "Delay: Delay", should be "Delay: 5"

System Settings: 5.11.2
KDE Plasma version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks version: 5.39.0
QT version: 5.9.2
Kernel version: 4.9.58-1-MANJARO

Thank you for the report, Jokubas.

I've just tested this with other values (5 is no longer a useable value) and I haven't had any issue applying and then re-opening the settings window. The values are being saved.

Can you please confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this can be resolved, thank you.

I've set this bug to NEEDSINFO. Once you have added the required information please change the bug back to REPORTED so we know it's ready for investigation or RESOLVED/WORKSFORME if the issue is now resolved.

This is an old bug, probably fixed. Can't confirm because I don't use that Linux distro anymore. I can't find the option to close the ticket though :/
