immediate_click.mkv

Trying to move a tab between other tabs withing the same window.
If I click on the tab and immediately try moving it, it looks like the mouse moves first and the tab moves with a delay (see the attached immediate_click.mkv video file).
If I click on the tab, wait a while without releasing the mouse button and then trying to move the tab - everything works as expected (see the attached click_and_wait.mkv video file)

This delay was recent fixed in 17.12
