All reports we have with this crash run a very old version of Dolphin (15.12.3 or 16.08). Can anybody confirm that this specific crash has also happened with a newer version of Dolphin? Thanks!
Comment 4 Jung Péter 2018-06-11 08:28:12 UTC
It happens also with 17.04.2, but only when using, SSH or Samba share folders.
Comment 5 Julian Steinmann 2018-06-16 06:24:28 UTC
Thanks for the response! Obviously 17.04 is still rather old but at least we can now isolate the cause of crash better. If anybody is able to upgrade Dolphin to either 17.12.x or 18.04.x and test this again, that would of course be even better ;)
Comment 6 Jung Péter 2018-06-29 10:33:49 UTC
I tried it with version 17.12.3, and it seems, that the bug is gone. :)
Comment 7 Julian Steinmann 2018-06-29 17:02:49 UTC
Okay, great :) I'll close this report then. Please reopen if you do still experience this crash with an up-to-date version of Dolphin. Thanks!

Got a report from Dolphin 17.12.3 (Bug 397671). Not sure we can do since there won't be any more bugfix releases for that version. Haven't seen anything with an 18.x version.
