Description Fraan 2017-10-27 20:40:10 UTC
This is not a bug, is only a proposal.

I need to be able to rename files by double clicking slowly, as in windows.

I use F2 but made that option missing and I find it easy to create.

click + 2 seconds + click = auto invoke F2 (or rename option enable)
OR
click file-folder with focus = auto invoke F2 (or rename option enable)

I comment on whether it is possible to add the option in the development.

Thank you very much.

(Sorry for my bad english.)

You're in luck; this was implemented today with https://cgit.kde.org/dolphin.git/commit/?id=5454283008f26d377a6403861a3cdd7992dbbd38!
