In the latest Konqueror (17.04.1) I have in Fedora 26, I cannot read man and info pages from any KDE tool.
Dolphin handled the request but it open them in the default browser (Firefox) and Konqueror is not able to display them. 
For example: 
#at has this output:

 ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

I am guessing that the kio is not supported?

Indeed, I suppose it's best to close this as duplicate then.
