Screen shot of tooltip

CPU frequency value is displayed incorrectly on tooltip.

(It seems like it displays the maximum value instead of the currently scaled value.)

    plasma-desktop-5.10.5-1.fc27.x86_64
    plasma-workspace-common-5.10.5-3.fc27.x86_64

This used to display properly in Fedora 26 versions.
