I can play files in my project bin with the monitor perfectly, but when I try to play files on the timeline, the monitor will not update to show what is at the play head.

The clip monitor looks like it doesn't even respond at all when playing from the timeline, yet the play head still moves.

Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.2
