This is a regression from both KHTML and Webkit: If the Qtwebengine renderer is
selected, the control + mouse wheel combo does have no effect. The keyboard
equivalent via <C-+> and <C--> works as expected. Mouse wheel zoom *does* become
functional when switching the renderer to KHTML.

System is Fedora 26:
