The Open Terminal, menu command/shift f4 don't open the terminal on ubuntu 17.10
Do you have konsole installed?
I do not have that installed but make the suggestion, that, if it is needed, that the program checks to see if its installed and before trying to invoke nothing. And if not installed offers either a link to download or code is introduced that automates this process under the hood of dolphin (after confirmation of course).
Just an extra aside, to install konsole on Ubuntu 17.10, it comes along with the following package; sudo apt install kde-baseapps Which may also fix other issues with non-kde native systems.. Thanks for all you do Kind regards Chris
