In kf5 version of audiocd kio I can't find appropriate settings for bitrate configuration when clicking Constant bitrate radio button on the MP3 Encoder tab.
The previous version of audiocd kio switched the Variable Bitrate Settings group box to Constant Bitrate Settings and vice versa depending on the Encoding Method value.
