Discover's "Home" page shows only two apps: Kdenlive and Dolphin. It's not clear what they have in common, why there are only two, or why an app that you almost certainly already have installed (Dolphin) is listed there in the first place. Ideas for improvement: - Make it show the top 10 or 15 most popular apps - Make it a curated list of high-quality apps to showcase
It already is a curated list of applications. If you just see two of them you might be hitting a different issue. https://cgit.kde.org/websites/autoconfig-kde-org.git/tree/discover/featured-5.9.json We used to show popular apps but we ended up dropping the idea because the data wasn't very useful quite often (i.e. having system settings and stuff like that).
Still, Dolphin is a weird choice. 99.9% of Discover users are going to have it already installed, no? How about Kate or some of the KDE games or educational offerings?
