screenshot showing the pixelations

I'm trying out the new kubuntu Artful Aardvark version and it seems that the display scaling is not working properly.

Reproduction:
- laptop with 1920x1280 (and I think 12 inch display)
- boot kubuntu from usb
- system settings -> Hardware display -> Scale display -> set it to 1.4
- log out
- log in
- open system settings
=>
the system setting window looks ok
the screen scaling dialog
* has pixelated fonts
* shows the preview of Tabs, Groupbox, etc larger than what it actually is in other application

- open discover
=>
font in the search box is pixelated
font in the results window is pixelated
font of the "Installed", "Settings" is ok

- open muon
=>
font of the menu, column headers, the Statuses, (e.g. "Not Installed") look ok
font of the package name is pixelated

Screenshot attached.

Looks like only Kirigami QML-based apps are affected. I think this is a duplicate of Bug 385547.
