When searching for an application, in both the application launcher and krunner, no application results are returned. Applications are enabled as searchable in settings.
I think we'll need a bunch more information on how to reproduce this. Such as what version of neon you are on and what you are searching for. All that said you should be able to produce some useful debug output on a terminal by running something like ``` killall krunner QT_LOGGING_RULES="*=false;org.kde.plasma.runner*=true" krunner ``` (you'll have to manually restart krunner once you are done or re-log)
