On the left bar with tool views, I press Project tool view and then I press Ctrl key from keyboard (in order to open two tool views) and then I press Class tool view.
Everything works.
After the restart of KDevelop, only one Project tool view is pressed, so it don't keep the last configuration.

Confirmed, that doesn't work.

I don't think we save the state of having two tool views open at a border at all.
