1. Open a png file
2. Choose Save As... from menu
3. Click Save
4. Confirm replace

Observed behavior:
Save never completes

Expected behavior:
Overwrite should succeed.

Hm, I cannot reproduce that on my mac. Do you have an AMD GPU in your system? And if so, is OpenGL enabled? This sounds a bit like https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369014 , but I thought I had disabled opengl if the system has an AMD gpu...

Yes, it's 2017 MacBook Pro with Radeon graphics. Hardware acceleration is disabled in the preferences pane.

Steps to reproduce:
- Drag two png files onto the Krita window (tabs mode)
- Do Save As using the original file names.
- The first save might succeed, but the second (and any additional) will never complete.

I've tried this on Windows, Linux and OSX -- but I really cannot reproduce it :-( Can you check with the oldish 4.0 pre-alpha: https://download.kde.org/unstable/krita/4.0.0-prealpha/ ?

(I can't reproduce this on Ubuntu 14.04 - Krita 4.0.0-beta1.1.appimage)
