Description Fabio 2017-10-17 19:49:52 UTC
Hello,

I am opening this feature request (another one will be open for KDEConnect) because I would like use the remote control extension to move to the next/previous slide of my presentations by swiping left/right on the touchscreen of my smartphone. Moreover it would be nice use also the pinch to zoom gesture to zoom in/out.

Is possible modify Okular to handle these gestures?

Best regards

I don't know about your smartphone, but if you are using a recent Okular on a computer with a touchscreen, then you can zoom by pinching, and you can change presentation slides with (three-finger) swipes.

Sounds like multitouch support is already implemented, and if you want to control Okular from your phone, that would require a bugzilla ticket for KDE Connect. Is there anything left to track here?

None left to track :)

Oliver, do you have a bug tracking gesture support that we can dupe this to? Or should we just close it as FIXED?

See bug 354012 and bug 366781.
