You can experience the same sort of laggs in Photoshop, when you plug off charging cable and when your laptop is in power saving mode or when software is using integrated video card. 
Everything is fine in Photoshop or any other software but krita.

Hi,

In general, a bug report like this is not useful because you're not reporting a bug in Krita (i.e., some mistake in the code that we can fix) but an issue with running Krita on your system, to which we don't have access, of course. 

In any case, please check:

* have you checked https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_is_slow ?
* What image size, color model and channel depth are you using?
* Can you make a video of Krita when it shows the problem? The contents of the zip file are not useful
