Description Ken Vermette 2017-10-15 15:46:19 UTC
This mainly affects when you are minimizing multiple windows at once. You must move the mouse slightly after each minimization in order to press the next minify button.

To replicate this issue;

1. Open and maximize multiple windows.
2. Click the minimize button
3. You will see the the decoration does not 'see' the mouse, there is no hover effect on the next minimize button. Without moving the mouse, click the newly exposed minimize button.
4. Nothing happens.
5. Move the mouse slightly
6. The mouse will be 'seen' and the click will be accepted.
