Description Victor Porton 2017-10-09 16:45:23 UTC
Please make it easy to store the current location in "places".

For instance, you can make a draggable icon near the address bar, which could be dragged into places. And/or you can make a button "Add to places".

The location bar, which can be found above Dolphin's view, displays the path to the current folder, when this is in "Editable Mode" you can drag the folder icon to the "Places Panel" to achieve what you require.
Comment 2 Elvis Angelaccio 2017-10-09 20:56:50 UTC
What about: right-click on the view -> Add to places?
Comment 3 Christoph Feck 2017-10-17 19:13:00 UTC
Victor, does comment #2 help to resolve your issue?
Comment 4 Victor Porton 2017-10-17 19:15:13 UTC
Christoph Feck, yes.

But there should be a toolbar button or something to find this more easily.
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2018-03-29 16:43:55 UTC
We already have drag-and-drop and a context menu item. A toolbar button is probably overkill, but we are planning to add this to the main menu: Bug 390757
