kickoff doesn't show root menu entry

Hi! 
Neither Kickoff not Kicker shows root menu entries (Help for example).
See screenshot above.

Same issue on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20171007, Plasma 5.10.5, Frameworks 5.38. Any ideas?
