On current git master , even for the most basic code system headers are not detected on semantic analysis.

This starts to happens after whole Qt and KDE started to be compiled with clang

To reference:

Qt: 5.9.2

KDE: git master

clang version 4.0.1 (tags/RELEASE_401/final)
Target: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu

Second verification shows that in project configuration if Compiler for path option is changed from Clang to GCC the semantic analysis back to work.
