Editor without scroll

When I go to add a new connection in the editor, there are many types of VPNs on my VPN list, but there is no way to scroll to access them all. This also hides the other section. The attached picture describes it best.

This really affects both the kcm and editor component.

Do you use default plasma theme? When you attempt to scroll with a mouse, does it scroll? I see on your screenshot that there is a little space on the right side of both headers, there you should see the scrollbar. My guess is broken plasma theme. I unfortunately cannot reproduce this problem.

Sorry I've been super delayed on getting back to you, I missed that first comment by Jan.

Also, maybe I'm crazy but it seems to have gone away.
