Various 'Firefox: Audio Stream' entries here say less about the actual content. 
The description in the title bar of the specific tab is useful.

Interesting idea. I don't know if that's possible, we're having a hard time figuring out which window is which let alone trying to find PulseAudio streams which are just an implementation detail and nowhere accessible in the extension API.
