I can highlight and copy or cut the text in the lyrics editor, but when I attempt to paste it in anywhere else, it is just black with a black blinking cursor. (Kinda hard to read black on black text!)
If I leave it there and save it, next time I reopen and highlight it, it becomes white on blue and I can cut or copy, but again, pasting renders the same result.
If I paste text from another source, it is fine.
If I try to cut or copy text from the lyrics editor, I get: "Willie Nelson - 02 - Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In)" instead of "I just dropped in..."

I can't reproduce this here with current git, so I guess this has been fixed a while ago. Please try Amarok 2.9 beta (aka 2.8.90), it should be available since quite some time on all distributions.

This bug has had its resolution changed, but accidentally has been left in NEEDSINFO status. I am thus closing this bug and setting the status as RESOLVED to reflect the resolution change.
