Crash info.

When go to application launcher and then clicked "Logout", ksm server has crashed. Before this I have changed Intel video to Nvidia.

Please ask for help in a forum of your distribution how to install the nvidia drivers. You might need to reboot to activate the newly installed kernel modules.

It's happening when I need to relogin to enable nvidia drivers. Drivers work perfectly but this I think kde bug.

If OpenGL drivers worked, Qt would not abort in QGLXContext::init.

Ok, how I should switch on nvidia drivers if I can't work after it turned on? Nvidia says that I just need to relogin.
