Description Roman 2017-09-20 09:31:47 UTC
I've run linux mint 18.2 KDE.
At begin network worked good but after 30 minutes domain name servers stopped to resolving.
I've run mc and saw that /etc/resolv.conf was disabled (before file name was red symbol "!"). I've deleted this file, opened network manager, edited LAN connection and added new DNS IP, saved connection. Then I've executed sudo service network-manager restart but problem was not resolved. Then I've rebooted CPU but problem was not resolved. And after creating new file (because network manager did not create it automatically) /etc/resolv.conf problem was resolved.
This problem have being repeated 2 times since installation Linux Mint during 2 weeks

Doesn't sound like an issue in plasma-nm. Report this please to NetworkManager bugzilla.

Hey, you don't full me. I use KDE why do you send me to Gnome? No no. Resolve bug.

I'm not sending you to Gnome, but NetworkManager is a project which is being developed under Gnome. Plasma-nm is just an UI on top of NetworkManager, we provide just the applet and the editor, but the underlying service doing this stuff on background is NetworkManager.
