Appmenu in titlebar

Alt/F10 tends to open the appmenu. Can we realize this behavior also, when the appmenu is in the titlebar?

Not with the same shortcut easily, as if we have intercept it at a global level we will break it for some clients.

Any other shortcut would be easily doable. Just needs wiring up.

An obvious choice would be Ctrl + Menu key. Not all keyboards have that key, of course. But for those that do, it could work.
