Description Allan Johnstone 2017-09-19 02:16:52 UTC
I have been using Manjaro for several months, and have had no trouble until recently. My last successful read and download of my photos was 2017-08-23, but when I tried to download some new photos on 2017-09-12 I could not. My Nikon D810 has two memory cards, an SD and a CF card, when I connect the USB cable and turn on the camera, an actions pop-up menu displays, as normal, and Dolphin opens when I select the "Open with File Manager" option, showing the "Nikon DSC D810" in the "Folders" panel. However, when I click on the "Nikon DSC D810" option in the "Folders" panel, it attempts to read the directories (usually one for each memory card), but fails after about a minute and displays the following error message:

Unknown error code 150
I/O problem
Please send a full bug report at http://bugs.kde.org.

This does not appear to be a problem with either the camera or the CF card, as I can still read and download files on my Windows 10 laptop.

Hello and sorry that no developer initially responded to your bug report. Can you try to reproduce this issue again with the newest version of Dolphin (18.04)? That 'd be great, thanks!
Comment 2 Allan Johnstone 2018-06-09 19:22:32 UTC
I am no longer using Dolphin 17.08.1, but rather 18.04.01, which is working well with my camera. Thanks.

Great, thanks for the quick response. I'll close this report as the problem has since been resolved.
