Steps to reproduce:
1; Create a new Shortcut Scheme, select it and click OK
2; Restart Krita

Several menu items and toolbar buttons will render invisible. The entries will also be invisible in the toolbar editor dialog.

Selecting the Default shortcut scheme and rebooting Krita returns normal behavior.
