Description Morbid 2017-09-14 12:34:50 UTC
When I try scrolling categories in system settings, the area moves constantly to the bottom, not allowing to scroll up in other way than pulling the bar.

From what I noticed today, it happens only with 2-finger touchpad scroll. Mouse wheel seems to be fine.
Comment 3 Rainer Finke 2017-09-18 16:59:46 UTC
Scrolling per touchscreen doesn't work either.

Git commit 23ca2077027b214189ba72ca8dab1590a163c955 by Marco Martin.
Committed on 03/10/2017 at 11:26.
Pushed by mart into branch 'master'.

simplify wheel management

on some systems (directly libinput, on wayland and newer distros)
touchpads always only set wheel.angleDelta with weird values,
so it must be managed as it was a pixel value
