The regular updates of KDE Neon, User edition come frequently which is great. But very rarely do you know what the update consists of - which bugs have been fixed, new features to look for. I would suggest that KDE Neon comes with a readily available "KDE Neon - What's New Widget". Whenever updates are installed or ready to install, the widget would show the changes and additions. Its contents could either just reflect the latest KDE Neon update or all available/recently installed updates (possibly several versions pooled up). The widget could be available from the widget list or come preinstalled on the desktop.
